On the ground level, there is a spacious game room with a Foosball table, large TV, and additional seating area with access to the covered deck. Two bedrooms, each with their own detached full bathroom, are also located on this level, both furnished with a Queen bed and a lofted twin bed.
On the middle level you will find 2 master King bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have cable TVs and access to the ocean facing deck.
The top floor features the well-appointed kitchen, main living area, an additional half bath, and access to the top-level deck. The living area includes cable TV, plenty of dining area for the entire family, and an additional half bath. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware.
Outside the home, there is access to the spacious outside shower, fenced pool area, hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The pool area has plenty of room and seating for the entire family to relax after a day at the beach.
The house is equipped with an elevator to help unload your luggage, but please note that the home is not handicap accessible. There are approximately 7-steps from the elevator landing to each level in the home.
