From the living area is access to the expansive decks and a covered porch with plenty of seating on each level for everyone.
The middle level you will find 3 bedrooms all with Smart TVs and DVD players and spacious private bathrooms. Two bedrooms on this level are furnished with King beds and have access to the deck with seating. The third bedroom on this level is furnished with a pyramid bunk, twin over full, and has a private deck on the front of the home. There is an additional seating area on this level with another flat screen TV and DVD player and access to the 6-person hot tub located on the covered deck. The laundry room is also located on this level.
On the ground floor you will find a large game room with a 7-foot pool table, stereo system, large TV, DVD player, and a kitchenette. Bedroom #5 is located on this level and is furnished with 2 twin beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom #5 and the game room share a full bathroom. From this level there is access to a fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, two private outside showers, and access to the private pool. Pool heat can be added to your stay for an additional $500.
