This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanside home will be your favorite Hatteras Island Vacation Home with sound and ocean views! Blue Heaven is only 135 yards from the ocean-- a quick walk over the sandy path located at the end of the quiet road leads you to the beach for a day in the sun.

On the entrance level you will find 3 bedrooms, all with cable TVs, and 2 bathrooms. The queen bedroom on this level has its own in suite full bath and access to the deck with a large hammock. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and shares a spacious full bathroom with bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed as well as a pyramid bunk. The laundry room is also located on this floor.

The top floor features the well-appointed kitchen, main living area, and master King bedroom with a large full bathroom. The living area includes a 46" wide screen TV with added channel line-up, plenty of dining area for the entire family, and an additional half bath. 2 Portable Wireless Acoustic Research speakers have RF transmitters to hook to our Stereo/CD/MP3/IPOD system to your device and can be used throughout the house, decks, or pool. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware and updated stainless steel appliances. From the living area is access to a great pool side deck and screened in porch. The top level features a Captain’s Watch reading area for 2, a quiet peaceful getaway with an ocean view.

The ground floor game room is equipped with a kitchenette, foosball table, XBOX 360 with games, full cable TV, DVDs, books, and plenty of board games. Another full bathroom is located on this level. Access to the outside shower, fish cleaning station, 3 charcoal Weber grills, covered hot tub and fenced pool area is on this level. The pool area has plenty of room and seating for the entire family to relax after a day at the beach. Pool heat is available for an extra $500 per week.

“This was our best family vacation ever! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Blue Heaven was for our Fourth of July week. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The location is perfect with amazing views of the sunset over the sound. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach which is one of the best beaches I have visited. The beach was not too busy which was very different from other beaches we have been to in the past. The house is well maintained, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for feeding a small Army. If you don’t feel like cooking, ask Vicki at Bay Harbor Seafood to steam some fresh shrimp and crab legs. The heated and well lit pool was a fantastic way to end the day. Then retire to the very comfortable beds for the night. The only problem I had with the house is that we didn’t rent it for a second week.
This was our first trip to Hatteras Village, but I can honestly say it will not be our last. The people and businesses are so friendly and eager to please. For the first time in a very long time I felt like customer service isn’t dead. Kudos to Jan and his wife, the owners, and the locals of Hatteras Village for making our 2019 vacation a tremendous success. We can hardly wait until next year.”

  I've been coming to the outerbanks for many years and have never stayed in a more PERFECT home! First and foremost, the owners are amazing and worked hard to accommodate an impromptu trip for us (once OBX allowed visitors due to covid). Second, I can not say enough wonderful things about the home itself. It's decorated beautifully with many special touches. The owners carefully considered every inch of the house and every corner is warm and inviting. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and super organized. Beds are comfy! It's perfectly situated and only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots to do within a mile or so, shops, restaurants, market, ferry -- and a really cute neighborhood to bike around. Enjoyed the pool, hottub and outdoor areas/numerous decks. We loved our time at Blue Heaven! Cape Hatteras is so peaceful and was so good for our souls. We can't wait to come back and stay in your little slice of heaven.
