Recently renovated 3 bed 2 bath home is in less than 5 minute walk to the most pristine beaches in Avon Village. A quick walk over the community beach access next to the home & your toes will be in the sand.

Enter the home into the open living area with newly renovated kitchen, dining, and game room. Enjoy the open living area with a new electric fireplace directly off the game room-- with several couches, there is room for the entire family to relax after a day in the sun.
