This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath sound side home will be your favorite Hatteras Island Vacation Home with sound and ocean views! Sounds Good is located in the Kinnakeet Shores Community on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy boardwalk access to the beach. Sounds Good is equipped with an elevator, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs required to enter the lowest floor of the home.

On the entrance level you will find 4 bedrooms, all with cable TVs, and 2 bathrooms. Queen bedroom #1 has its own in suite full bath. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 both are furnished with queen beds and share a large hall bathroom with Bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a pyramid bunk (twin over full). All bedrooms have walk out access to private covered deck sitting areas off each bedroom.

The top floor features the well-appointed kitchen, main living area, and master King bedroom with a large full bathroom. The living area includes a full entertainment center with TV and DVD player, plenty of dining area for the entire family, and an additional half bath. The couch opens into a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware and updated stainless steel appliances. From the living area is access to spacious decks to watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. The top level features a Captain’s Watch reading area for 2, a quiet peaceful getaway with an ocean view.

The ground floor game room is equipped with a pool table, large screen TV, full cable, DVDs, mini fridge, and microwave. Another full bathroom and laundry room are located on this level. Access to the outside shower, charcoal grill, a park grill, covered hot tub and fenced pool area is on this level. The pool area has plenty of room and seating for the entire family to relax after a day at the beach.

  We loved our week at Sound's Good and the location (close to the beach and the sound) was perfect for our family of seven. We especially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. It was just the fun getaway that we needed!
