The top floor offers three bedrooms, perfect for some family privacy! Bedroom 1 has a twin bed and a trundle, Bedroom 2 has a two full size beds with a hall bathroom for both to share. Bedroom 3 is the Master with a King bed, perfect for Mom and Dad!

Along with the great living, dining and gaming space, the main level also has a Master Bedroom with full bathroom and an additional half bath. And remember, all with great water views!

Down on the first floor there are more bedrooms! One has a full-size bed, the other has sleeping for three including one top bunk. Here on the first level you’ll also find a nice size laundry room and from this level you walk out to your covered parking area, nice yard, and bulk headed sound front where you can fish, crab and even step into the water with the small ladder.
