  I loved my stay at Beauty and the Beach! It was the perfect getaway and the views from the balconies was amazing! I loved the fact that we could feel secluded and truly "get away" from everything! Property management was a little distant and hard to get in touch with.

  We were a little disappointed at the start of the stay as the sound beach was not a clean as the picture reflected. However, the property mgt and the owners were wonderful to make sure it was cleared and able for us to use. We would suggest that beach maintenance would be part of the check list between rentals. We also found that there was not anything listed on the rental details(other than after we booked) about needing to supply own bath towels, hand towels, etc.

  What can I say about our stay at Beauty and the Beach? It. Was. Awesome!
  
  The beach house itself was cozy and spacious. There was a total of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) of us staying and never once did we feel crowded. We used the tv's to distract the kids while we made breakfast but that was about all the screen time they needed since there was the gorgeous sound literally in the backyard.
  
  While there, we utilized the credit we had from VayK and reserved a kayak and a Stand-up Paddleboard which were there, waiting for us when we arrived. While out on the water, we were able to see some sting rays and crabs and other water creatures. My son also had fun trying to catch those crabs with neighboring guests. The nights were spent on the patios looking at shooting stars or soaking in the hot tub after the kids went to bed (so very relaxing).
  
  In the surrounding towns, we experienced some of the best sea food of our lives and played in the most beautiful beaches.
  
  We loved our stay and I am positive you will too.

  This place was the perfect getaway!! The house was so comfortable, open, and relaxing, which led to a lot of mornings sleeping in, which was exactly what we needed from the regular hustle and bustle. When we did wake up, we enjoyed the view of the water from the upper deck while drinking coffee and would watch the birds dive into the water to catch their breakfast. Being right there on the water was great and we were able to see crabs coming up on the sand and a few stingrays swimming around. The water here was also really peaceful, where on the other side of the island the waves were crashing too hard (for my liking at least) for us to get in. Also there were people paddle boarding and kite surfing on this side of the water, which was really cool to see. The hot tub was a BIG PLUS and was massive!! We were able to use it at night when the temps outside cooled and we were getting a nice breeze. While we didn’t use it, the fact that there was a grill for us was a great! We just wanted to get in as much of the local food as possible. I feel like the location of this house is spot on. The closest major grocery store is less than 15 minutes away, the light house and the beach with the bigger waves are less than 10 minutes away. Everything you need or want to get to, is just right down the street, so we never felt trapped in the car trying to get somewhere. The bathrooms were nice and clean (huge thing for me if they aren't) and the one downstairs even had a jacuzzi! The kitchen was so spacious and had plenty of dishes for us to use, which was great, because no one wants to do dishes every day on vacation. And that big open room upstairs was so nice to just sit and unwind. I’ll be honest. I didn’t want to leave and debated on trying to get a few more days here. I really can't say enough about this house and am already planning our next visit! I highly recommend staying at Beauty and the Beach (adorable name BTW)! You’ll never want to leave and might cry when you do!
